The 4th Tuesday in June means that it’s time for a colour challenge. Wei has been hosting the challenges this month so this is the last of hers for a little while.
With lots of new stamps and dies still to play with from the 2018 Annual Catalogue it was difficult to choose one for this sketch. Despite all the umming and ahhing I finally settled on the Love You To Pieces stamp set which has a really cute set of coordinating dies. The idea being to make a cute panel for the card front.
In case you haven’t figured it out, the die actually cuts the cardstock into a jigsaw puzzle. The actual die is much larger than the panel I used, but I thought that the sentiment die combo makes for a cute card that is gender neutral despite it being blue.
All the cards from the Design Team can be found over on the CAS Colours & Sketches blog, so don’t forget to go and check them out. In addition, the link to add your project on the challenge is also on the blog.
Happy stamping.

Here are ways to shop and save this month
Add the Acorn Club Code 7VGRMVRM when checking out of my Online store. Do this, and you will receive a free gift from me in July along with my Thank You card. DO NOT use the code if your order is £150 or more. This is because you will get to choose your own rewards before you checkout.
Save 10% on Bundles from the new 2018-19 Annual Catalogue. There is something for everyone, because there are an amazing number to choose from.
Join my Team – For £99 (includes free P&P), you get to choose £130 worth of product from the current catalogue. Furthermore, you will then receive a 20% on future orders/purchases for at least the next 3 months. Not sure what £130 worth of products looks like? Check out last Monday’s blog post for some ideas.

The puzzle pieces are a fun element to tie in with the sentiment. I love the bottom panel – is that designer paper, or did you sponge the different shades of blue onto white cardstock?
Thanks Patricia. It is in fact some Designer Series Paper from the Garden Impressions 6″ x 6″ pack.
Wonderful card! Love the puzzle paired with the sentiment!
Awesome background and just LOVING those puzzle pieces – FAB! Hugs Bev x
Love your tone on tone card, especially the diecutting puzzle. Thanks for the inspiration, Fiona!
