The 4th Tuesday in June means that it’s time for a colour challenge. Wei has been hosting the challenges this month so this is the last of hers for a little while.

With lots of new stamps and dies still to play with from the 2018 Annual Catalogue it was difficult to choose one for this sketch. Despite all the umming and ahhing I finally settled on the Love You To Pieces stamp set which has a really cute set of coordinating dies. The idea being to make a cute panel  for the card front.

In case you haven’t figured it out, the die actually cuts the cardstock into a jigsaw puzzle. The actual die is much larger than the panel I used, but I thought that the sentiment die combo makes for a cute card that is gender neutral despite it being blue.

All the cards from the Design Team can be found over on the CAS Colours & Sketches blog, so don’t forget to go and check them out. In addition, the link to add your project on the challenge is also on the  blog.

Happy stamping.

  1. The puzzle pieces are a fun element to tie in with the sentiment. I love the bottom panel – is that designer paper, or did you sponge the different shades of blue onto white cardstock?

    1. Thanks Patricia. It is in fact some Designer Series Paper from the Garden Impressions 6″ x 6″ pack.
