Today’s stepped up Sunday card features the Subtles Collection of colours.
I used two of the same colours from Saturday – Calypso Coral and Blushing Bride.
Instructions for making this Subtles Collection of Colours card are as follows
- Calypso Coral card base – 10.5 x 29.7 cm
- Score and fold in half at 14.9 cm.
- Stamp chosen sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set in Calypso Coral randomly all over the card front to create a background.
- Blushing Bride card stock – 7.0 x 8.0 cm
- Glue this to the card front.
- Calypso Coral card stock – 6.5 x 7.5 cm
- Adhere to the Blushing Bride panel using dimensionals (foam pads)
- Whisper White card stock – 6.0 x 7.0 cm
- Stamp Happy Birthday three times using Calypso Coral ink.
- Stamp Celebrate four times using Blushing Bride ink.
- Glue panel to the Calypso Coral panel.
- Scraps of Blushing Bride and Calypso Coral
- Punch out using Balloon Bouquet Punch – it punches two different sizes at once.
- Glue three of the balloons together and apply Clear Wink of Stella to give a sparkle.
- Tie a piece of White Baker’s Twine around the bottom of the front balloon. Be careful not to pull too tight other wise you will cut through the card stock.
- Add balloons to the card front using dimensionals (foam pads).
- Blushing Bride panel for inside – 10.0 x 14.4 cm
- Glue inside the card.
- Whisper White panel for inside – 9.5 x 13.9 cm
- Add a balloon to the panel – if you use the larger one you can stamp a sentiment across it.
- Glue the panel inside the card onto the Blushing Bride panel.
