Last Wednesday I did a Facebook Live video where I showed you how to make a very simple but fun fold card using the Colorful Seasons stamp set and Color Theory Designer Series Paper.
The written tutorial is now up on the Tutorials Page but here’s a quick peek of the card.
The card was one of many projects that I had made as part of my Colorful Seasons class that was held this past Saturday.
There was a second and very similar card, but I’d turned it onto a card that could be stood up in portrait format. Details how are below.
As I said, this card was made exactly the same way as the first, BUT a piece of Window Sheet measuring 10.5 x 14.4 cm was added between the Color Theory Designer Series Paper and the front piece of cardstock. TIP – You need to take care to ensure that the Window Sheet lines up with the bottom of the card.
Some Rhinestones were added to the Window Sheet when the card was closed so that it looked like the snowflakes on the inside of the card had rhinestones on them.
Don’t forget that you can check out the tutorial on the Tutorials Page or the video on my Oakfield Crafts Facebook Page where it can be found under Videos.
Hope you give the tutorial a go, and please leave a comment to let me know how you got on with it.
