A couple of the swaps that I received at training were stamped using the Lovely as a Tree stamp set. They are both christmas cards but I thought I would share because it’s always useful to have alternative ideas for stamp sets that you have or are considering.

Sarah’s card has a Whisper White card base and the Smoky Slate has been scored using the Simply Scored Scoring Tool. The tree has been stamped in Always Artichoke and then Dazzling Diamonds have been added using a glue pen. The Silver Glimmer Paper banner adds a lovely sparkly touch to highlight the tag.
Andrea’s card is double embossed. She first embossed the Midnight Muse card stock with White Craft Ink, she and then repeated the whole thing with the image slightly off (so it looks like a shadow) using Versa Mark and Iridescent Ice embossing powder.
Both of the cards are lovely and sparkly. I’m only sorry that my photography does not do them justice. Off now to finish designing the class for next week that I am holding for Diane at her Craft Club. I’ll share it with you next week but don’t want to let on just yet what it is that they will be making.
