Simple Diamond Stepper Card with Inked & Tiled

This weeks Acorn’s Craft & Chat featured a Simple Diamond Stepper Card. The original made for sharing features the Inked & Tiled stamp set while the one made during the event featured the new Flowering Zinnias Collection.

This simple diamond stepper card features the Inked & Tiled stamp set along with the Inked Botanicals 6″ x 6″ paper. Both of these can be found in the Annual Catalogue.

The card made during the event features products from the Flowering Zinnias Collection. These are newly released products that can be found in the Online Exclusives. The collection is made up of –

Basic cutting and scoring instructions to make the card

Base Card

• 14.85 x 21.0 cm scored in half at 10.5 cm
• 14.85 x 21.0 cm scored on long side at 3.5 cm, 7.0 cm, 12.5 cm and 19.0 cm. Fold the score lines, starting at the 3.5 cm score line as mountain fold, valley fold, mountain fold and finally valley fold.
• Adhere the thinner(last panel) from the second piece to the inside of the first piece. See middle picture above.

Double-Sided Paper

• Front panel – 3.0 x 14.4 cm
• Front of middle panel – 5.0 x 14.4 cm
• Front of rear panel – 10.0 x 14.4 cm

Diamond Panels

• Coloured Cardstock – 4.5 x 4.5 cm, 6.0 x 6.0 cm, and 7.5 x 7.5 cm
• Double-sided paper – 4.0 x 4.0 cm, 5.5 x 5.5 cm and 7.0 x 7.0 cm
• Basic White cardstock – 3.5 x 3.5 cm and 5.0 x 5.0 cm

Rear Panel (or inside the card)

• Basic White cardstock – 10.0 x 14.4 cm
• Double-sided papeer – 1.5 x 14.4 cm
