I have fallen in love with the houses from the Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper. There are tall houses, short houses, wide houses and one that looks more like a beach hut. And, don’t they make cute cards? What’s more, the houses can be layered to create different styles of house. And they can used to make projects for various occasions.

The paper is part of the Trimming the Town Suite, and can be found in the new August – December 2020 Mini Catalogue from Stampin’ Up!

Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!

The suite contains the following five items –

  • Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper
  • Coming Home Stamp Set*
  • Home Together Dies*
  • All the Trimmings Embellishments, and
  • All the Trimmings Ribbon Combo Pack

* Available individually or as the Coming Home Bundle that saves you 10%.

You have the option to fussy cut the houses and trees using a pair of paper snips, or die-cut them using the coordinating dies from the Home Together Dies.  You get double use from the dies, because they also coordinate with the stamps in the Coming Home stamp set.

Using the double-sided paper also means that there is no need to colour any of the images. On the other hand, if you like colouring, the images from the stamp set will meet your needs.  Much depends on how much time you have to create your card.

The card above uses the double-sided paper and dies. While, the card below features the Coming Home stamp set and the dies.

The first two cards (top picture) are samples made for last week’s team meeting. The kits that I made up, used the following items –

Happy stamping
