Today’s sees the first of May’s challenges and this month Patricia will be setting them for us. I’ve used the Abstract Impressions stamp set for the colour challenge.
I love these three colours but when I came to start my project I realised that I did have any Mango Melody ink with me. Because of this it became one of the colours used for the card front.
Here’s a quick peek inside the card.
Wondering how the flower was stamped? Simply, ink up the solid image with the Melon Mambo ink and then stamped-off onto scrap paper. Then stamp the image onto the Whisper White panels. The second image is stamped over the top using the same colour (not stamped off).
I hope you have enjoyed seeing my card. Don’t forget to check out the cards made by the rest of the design team. You can find the cards together with the link to add your card over on the CC&S blog.
Happy stamping
Fiona xx

Those pretty flowers remind me of one of my long-retired SU stamp sets, Roses in Winter. 🙂 You’ve made a lovely card with them!
Wonderful card, Fiona. Great use of the colors!
