I am beginning to think that I’ve lost the plot. On Sunday I was sitting in the brilliant sunshine celebrating my birthday with some of my family, and yesterday, Monday,  I was thinking about and even made a start on designing some Christmas cards. And, yes, it is still July.

This year I am holding two Christmas Stamp-a-Stack events. One on 28 September and the other on 9 November.  September is really not that far away so I need to get cracking on designing the 5 cards for that month’s event. Everyone gets to make 15 cards at each event, 3 of each of the 5 designs. What’s more, the two events will be different so that means that I need to come up with 10 different designs in total. Hmmmm, I guess I had better get my thinking cap on pretty quickly.

Anyway, here’s one card that I came up with yesterday. I’m not sure whether it will get included in the class, you will just have to wait and see.

Stampin’ Up! supplies used:

Stamp sets : Six Sided Sampler and Petite Pairs
Ink : Old Olive and Raspberry Ripple
Card Stock : Old Olive, Raspberry Ripple and Whisper White
Accessories : Hexagon Punch, Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine, Delicate Designs Embossing Folders, Dimensionals and Glue Dots

Everyone who comes to the Christmas Stamp-a-Stack events will have supplies already cut to ensure that all 15 cards are finished on the day. The only things that people will need to bring with them are a basic craft kit (this should include paper snips/sharp scissors, glue/adhesive, dimensionals/foam pads and red sticky tape) plus a packed lunch (that’s assuming you’re not on a mission and want to stop for some lunch).

I already have a number of people who have pre-booked for both events, so if you would like to attend email me as soon as possible to reserve your place. Please note that I can only have 12 people attend on each day. The cost for the day is £20.00 and more details can be found on my Events & Classes page (click on the link in the bar above). I hope to hear from you soon.
