Just a quick post to wish you all a Happy New Year and a fantastic 2013.
Last year I made a New Year’s resolution to post projects each month that were made using different techniques. All went well until later in the year and I will be the first to admit that family commitments meant that things did not go to plan.
This year my resolution is to take part at least once a month in a Card Challenge. The point of doing this is to do something different and sometimes out of my comfort zone – be it colours I would not normally use or a technique that I’ve not tried before.
Taking part in a challenge also means that you can play along too – you don’t need to post photos of your project – but please feel free to do so.

Each challenge has it’s own rules and with some careful crafting you can quite often combine two challenges together. If you don’t plan on posting photos of your creations on the challenge web-site you can of course just use the challenge as inspiration and then anything goes!
