As promised here is a preview of one of the new stamp sets in the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalogue. The new catalogue is released on 1 October, 2011 and if you haven’t already ordered a copy please contact me and I can arrange for a copy to be posted to you. The cost of the catalogue is £4.95 and I will mail it to you first class.
The new stamp set is called Delicate Doilies and there are four different sized stamps in the set. The three ink colours used were Sahara Sand, Pear Pizzazz and Early Espresso. I used all four stamps on this card but then I stamped one of the larger stamps in two of the colours and then cut out parts and layered them using dimensionals.
The message is from an old Stampin’ Up! set and it was punched out using the Decorative Label punch. There are some new cute ribbons in the catalogue and the card has one of these on it. I have to admit that I did add it with the reverse side up, so that the polka dots can’t be seen, but that shows you just how versatile the ribbon is.
