Yesterday was just one of those days when I somehow managed to get things done but they were not the things that I had originally set out to do. My daughter needed supplies to take with her on her 3 week work experience in South Africa (she leaves on Sunday and had as usually left it pretty much to the last minute before telling me what she needed), my son had to be taken and then collected from the train station so that he could go to college and it’s that time of year that the car needs an MOT, tax and insurance. Say no more.

Anyway, all is now sorted and I still managed to find a little time in the evening to try out one of my recent purchases. Here’s what I came up with.

I kind of cheated with this card because the whale is actually glued to a piece of acetate. You can see the shine from it in the picture below.

Stampin’ Up! supplies used:

Stamp set : Oh, Whale*
Card Stock : Whisper White and Pacific Point
Paper : Sunshine & Sprinkles Designer Series Paper*
Ink : Pacific Point
Accessories : Happy Whale Clearits Die*, Word Window and Modern Label punches, Ovals Collection Framelits Dies*

* Spring/Summer Seasonal Catalogue

Today’s Tuesday and that means that there is only four days (including today) until the end of this year’s Sale-A-Bration. I hope you managed to make the most of it but if you forgot there is still time.
