Stampin’ Up! announced the Colour Revamp at last weekend’s OnStage Local events. Those of us who went to the CentreStage event the night before were the first to hear about it, and it was funny to hear the cheers or the groans as each of the retiring colours were announced.

There are 13 colours being retired in addition to 4 of the current 2016-18 In Colors. The fifth In Color, Flirty Flamingo, will be making a re-appearance in the Brights Collection.

Here are the 13 retiring colours

And, these are the 4 retiring 2016-18 In Colors

There are a few colours that I didn’t use too often (shock horror) so I guess you could say that I’m not going to miss them. I am however going to miss Island Indigo and Soft Sky.

Here are a few of the projects I’ve made in the past using my two favourite retiring colours – you can click on the pictures to read my original posts.

Don’t forget that it’s not only the inks but also the cardstock, ink refills and embellishments in all of the above colours that are retiring. This is especially important to know if you have the ink pads and want to keep the lovely vibrant colour going for future use because you will want to get a hold of the re-inkers before they all go.
Check back tomorrow to see the new colours that are being introduced.
Happy stamping.
