Firstly, apologies if you have been trying to get on here today. I’ve been trying to update the look of the site. I hope you like it. I will be slowly transferring all my business cards etc to incorporate the new logo. I did like the last one but was having issues using it on various things. Anyhow, enough of that.

I’d originally thought that this month was going to be a quiet one when it came to classes and events. How wrong was I. But it’s all good and I’m looking forward to them all.

Full details will be in this month’s newsletter that will be going out on Tuesday evening. If you are are not already signed up for the Newsletter you can do from here – just check out the left-hand column.

In brief, the details are as follows:

10.00 am to 11.30 am this coming Wednesday, 5 April – Card & A Cuppa drop in session at The Grange Chocolate Cafe (Holme Grange Craft Village). The session costs £5.00 and you get to make a card (choice from the two below) and enjoy a lovely cup or mug of tea/coffee or even hot chocolate.

10.00 am to 4.30 pm on Saturday 22 April – All Day Class using the Custom Tee stamp set.

You will receive this stamp set in your kit along with other items to use on the day and take home with you. The cost is £45.00 and you will receive over £50.00 worth of Stampin’ Up! products. You also have the option to purchase the co-ordinating dies for £17.50 (effectively the bundle price). Payment for these is due at the same time as the class fee.

Booking Closes on 8 April and full payment is required by then.

This will be the last chance to receive a Class Acorn, so if you are short of one (5 needed) to receive an invitation to the VIP event in May, you might want to consider coming or purchasing the class kit (that qualifies too).

7.30 pm to 10.00 pm on Thursday 27 April – Succulents are all the trend at the moment, and if you are like me (I have no luck with house plants) then this is just the class for you. It’s impossible to “kill” this cute mason jar of succulents. All supplies are provided including the jar and it’s contents (moss, stones etc) to hold your succulents. You will even get to make a card to go with it.

The above is just a little sneak peek of the jar as I don’t want to spoil it for everyone.

The cost of the evening is £20.00 and all supplies are provided. Booking closes on 12 April so please let me know by then if you would like to attend.

Unless otherwise stated, all classes are held in my craft room.

I look forward to seeing you all at one of the classes, so make a note in your diaries and drop me a line at fiona@oakfieldcrafts.co.uk to confirm which class (or both) you would like to attend.
