Yesterday I held my last all day class of 2016. The theme of the day was moves and shakers and I’m sure you can guess from the theme what type of projects everyone were going to make.  Here are my samples of a couple of the cards that were made.

I know it’s probably a little early for New Year’s, but what the heck. This card makes great use of the Large Numbers Framelits and the Brights Sequin Assortment. Both of these items are available as part of the Online Extravaganza that starts tomorrow (well 11.00 pm tonight), but I didn’t know this when I designed the card.
This slider card is really cute. The star does not spin – it simply slides along the groove. The trick is to use four washers/pennies instead of the two you would use for a spinner card. The card was easy to make using the Sliding Star Framelits which co-ordinate with the Shooting Star stamp set. Both items are available individually or can be purchased as a bundle saving 10%.
I made the groove longer the actual die. This was done by cutting the first one and then sitting the die in the groove and over the additional piece of card you want to cut.

Don’t forget that I will be putting in an order at noon tomorrow (21 November) so if you live local, let me know by then if there is something you would like me to add for you.
