Last night I attended one of the get together of Craft Cafe – Camberley group and held a class for them. This group of crafters meets on a regular basis at St Mary’s, Park Road, Camberley. They have a facebook page – Craft Cafe- Camberley if you are interested in finding out more.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I think that those to came along did too.

This is what they made. At least, this is my version. A couple of them decided to have a closed box.

The box contains four notecards and envelopes, so it would make a great gift for someone.

Because the Designer Series Paper is double sided it would be possible to make four completely different ones to the above, depending on which side of the paper you prefer. That is what some of the ladies who came to the class did.
We used the Envelope Punch Board to make the box. Joanne James (aka the Crafty Owl) has a great tool on her website that allows you to put in dimensions for your finished box and it then tells you how large a piece of card you need and where to punch/score.
For the box, I started with a piece of Thick Whisper White card that was 21cm x 21 cm. And, I then scored and punched on the first side at 7.8 cm and 10.6 cm. After that, I turned the card 90° and lined up the score lines with the Score Guide and then punched and scored. This was then repeated for the two remaining sides.
If you want to leave it as a complete box you can do so, but I cut off one of the thinner ends to make an open box.
Details of some of the Stampin’ Up! products used are as follows:
