This past weekend I held my first classes of the Autumn, and everyone got to play with the Lighthearted Leaves stamp set and the Into the Woods Designer Series Paper.
Here’s a couple of the cards that we made.

The large leaf from the stamp set was stamped in Tangelo Twist and I didn’t re-ink the stamp a couple of times. The cute leaf comes from the Into the Woods elements, you get 30 pieces (10 each of 3 different types) for £6.00. They are natural wood but we used the Tangelo Twist Ink Pad to colour the leaf, so that it co-ordinated with the stamped leaf. There was a little bit of paper piercing going on too.
There is even a sentiment in the set that is suitable for Christmas and one of the smaller stamps can be used as a bauble. So yes, here’s my first christmas card post for 2015.

The corners of the Whisper White were punched using the new Curvy Corner Trio Punch. I just love the fact that it has two corner options and also a ribbon slide. Quick tip on the punch – make sure you press down in the centre and not on one of the corners. Flat hand in the middle does the trick every time.
