OK, so I know that Halloween is not as big a deal in the UK as it is in the USA but that doesn’t mean that some of the spooky goodies in the Autumn/Winter Catalogue can’t be used for other events.
This sneak peek is a quick and simple treat bag that would be great filled with treats or cookies. It could be given to guests at the end of a birthday or Halloween party.
This treat bag features the greeting from the really cute Howl-o-ween Treat stamp set. There are 8 stamps in the set and they are available in both wood and clear mount format.
There is a set of framelits that co-ordinates with the stamp set, but I’ve not used them it as yet.
The punched and sponged greeting sits on a Spider Web Doily. You get 24 black doilies in the pack, and they are 12.1 cm (4-3/4″) in diameter. I cut out the centre – as you can see in the photo below and plan to use it on another project.
So, the wait is nearly over. The 2015 Autumn/Winter Catalogue goes live tomorrow and I’ll be posting links etc very early for you to check out. Actually, I’m planning on scheduling the post to go live at 12.01 am as I’ll be on a plane heading back to the UK and I don’t want to keep you waiting more than I have to.
