It’s 2nd January which means that in 4 days Stampin’ Up!’s largest annual event, Sale-A-Bration (SAB) starts.
It also means that the Autumn/Winter 2014 Catalogue comes to an end on 5 January.
So what’s in store for Sale-A-Bration this year, I hear you ask? Well… I can’t tell or show you in any detail just yet, but I can tell you that you will have the choice from:

I do have in my possession some of the stamp sets – one being a set called A Happy Thing.
Here’s a couple of the cards that I’ve made using the set. I’ve included the stamp set in the photo as part of this sneak peek.
The images themselves were stamped using Momento Ink so that the image did not blur/bleed when the Blendabilities were applied. One tip is that you always use an opposite type of ink for the image than what you are colouring with. The Blendabilities are alcohol based markers and therefore the images should be stamped using Momento Ink, but it has been found that they also work with the following Stampin’ Up! Classic Stampin’ Pads:
One of my New Year’s crafty resolutions is to try to feature only one stamp set per blog post. I may not always succeed at this but I think that today’s cards fit the brief.
