I’m still playing with my new In Color goodies and I’m loving the Blackberry Bliss and Lost Lagoon combination.

I’ve not taken part in a challenge for some time, so off I went to check out what everyone is doing at the moment.

I decided that the latest challenge FMS141 from Fresh Made Sketches was the one for me. It was most definitely a challenge getting all the paper in line – I must remember to use something that does not have a regular pattern should I decide to do this again.

Here’s my take on the sketch.

I used the Regarding Dahlias stamp set and stamped the flower in Lost Lagoon (one of the soon to be released 2014-2016 In Colors) onto a square piece of Whisper White that I fixed to the card using Dimensionals. The greeting comes from A Dozen Thoughts and is stamped using Blackberry Bliss, another 2014-2016 In Color. The co-ordinating paper is from the Moonlight Designer Series Paper (DSP) Stack that will also be available come 1 July.

I seem to have already amassed lots of scrap DSP, so I’ve made a card using those (waste not want not). I’ll share a photo of that one over the weekend.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day because I have team training here at home. There will be 18 of us, and I’m hoping that it will be a nice day but not too hot. My craft room which is in the basement tends to stay fairly cool but I’m not sure if it will do that with 18 people in there.
