I had planned to share these this morning. They are some of the swaps that I received yesterday. The problem was that the photos I took of them last night were so awful I have had to re-take them. I’ve had to wait until there was enough light outside and these are so much better.

I’m sure that some of you are not really wanting to think about Christmas just yet, so I thought I would share the non-Christmas items today and save the others for another time.

So, without further ado here are the non Christmas projects.

From L to R. Katy-Suzanne, Bridget and Kim

I love Katy-Suzanne’s project using the Petite Purse die. Kim opted to make something that had to be hand-cut. Just as well she’s not making these for convention otherwise she would potentially have 900 skeletons to cut out by hand.

Lesley’s
This is a great autumnal card using the Harvest of Thanks stamp set. The group had a laugh about this last night because some thought that the banner that says Gratitude looks like a slug! It’s actually embossing powder that has been heated so that it forms a thick pool and then it’s stamped while it is still hot.
Cary’s
I hate to admit it, but I would never have thought of using the deer from Remembering Christmas but it just goes to show how versatile the Stampin’ Up! stamps are.

Jackie’s

Jackie made her own mosaic background stamp from the rubber that comes as the surround for the wood mount stamps and the Clear Mount Cling Foam. It makes a lovely background for the flower from Summer Silhouettes.

Sara P’s

Last but not least is Sara’s card. I so want the Gorgeous Grunge background set but we have been forewarned that this is one of the sets that we will receive at Convention. As tempted as I am, I will be patient and wait – it’s only another 7 weeks.

Don’t forget that tomorrow sees the start of the Join for £25.00 offer and it only runs until 21 October. If you are interested please get in touch.
