I’ve just arrived home after spending a great evening at a craft club organised by the lovely Diane.

I had a great time but it was a little odd, in a nice sort of way. I was basically returning to my home town to run the class, not that I’ve moved miles away, only 8 which is not really that far these days. It was even stranger that one of the ladies knew my Mum and it turns out that Diane knows my mother–in-law. It’s most definitely a small world.

Here’s a photo of the three projects that they made.

The box was made out of one A4 sheet of Smoky Slate cut to 6″ x 11″, and decorated with Designer Series Paper from the Winter Frost Designer Paper Stack. The belly band is decorated using the Festive Flurry stamp set and some Silver Glimmer Card.
One of the cards (on the left) was made using the Mosaic Madness stamp set and the matching Mosaic Punch, and the other (on the right) was made using the Circles Framelit Dies and the Festive Flurry stamp set and dies. I can’t figure which of these is my favourite but I do love the colour combination in both the cards.
I’d like to think that everyone had a good time. It’s hard not to have a great time when you have such great things to “play” with.
