On Friday I shared with you one of the cards that I had designed for yesterday’s Technique Class, Stamping with Bleach. Here’s another that I actually made in the class myself.  I had in fact already stamped with the bleach before hand to show everyone what effect the bleach has on different colour card stock.

I really like the effect on the More Mustard card stock (which is retiring at the end of the month) and so did everyone else. So much so, that they all decided that they wanted to make one too! Luckily I keep the number of attendees down in this class, for this very reason, so I was able to accommodate the change of plan.

Stampin’ Up! supplies used:

Stamp Set : Gently Falling and Petite Pairs
Card Stock : More Mustard, So Saffron and Whisper White
Ink : More Mustard
Accessories :  Oval and Scallop Oval punches and Dimensionals

The following is another example of the effect of bleach on Primrose Petal, Island Indigo and Midnight Muse card stock. Our overall conclusion about the technique was be prepared to be surprised by the colour the card stock goes as you may have to ditch your original plan for it.

I have another busy day today. I wasn’t able to make Natalie’s team training yesterday so thought I would hold a small one of my own for my downlines. Everything is now set up for a 10.00 am start and  we will be having lots of fun making and chatting about the new products coming 2 July.

One of the BIG benefits of being a demonstrator is that we get to see the new catalogues (Annual and the two Seasonal) and play with some of the goodies a month before everyone else. I have been having fun with my new goodies and I’ll be sharing a few more sneak peeks this week. There will also be a Stampin’ Stars blog hop on 2 July to celebrate the new Annual Catalogue.

I will be posting a FREE copy of the new Annual Catalogue to everyone who has come to class or purchased Stampin’ Up! goodies from me in the last 12 months.  They will be in the post by the end of the week, so if you don’t receive yours by 3 July please let me know.
