Yesterday was spent travelling – car, plane, and train.  The only way I didn’t travel was by sea. I would have loved to but we only have a few days for our college trip and trans Atlantic takes far too long when you have a tight and short schedule.

Because the only way we didn’t travel yesterday was by sea I thought I’d post a project that I made  just before we left, using the Open Sea stamp set.

This is quite a big card for me as it is 5.75″ x 5.75″, as large a square card that you can get out of one piece of A4.

Stampin’ Up! supplies used:

Stamp set : The Open Sea
Card Stock : Midnight Muse, Chocolate Chip and Crumb Cake
Designer Series Paper : Print Poetry Paper Stack, and Crumb Cake from the Neutrals Paper Stack
Ink : Midnight Muse and Crumb Cake
Accessories : Stampin’ Trimmer, Linen Thread, Neutrals Brads, Sponge and Dimensionals

I have to say that I don’t like travelling long distance (far too much hassle), but it is a means to an end and I am always glad to arrive. Because there is going to be a fair bit of travelling done this week, today is a day of rest with a mixture of window shopping and sight-seeing thrown in for good measure.

Because yesterday was spent travelling there is no clue this morning. Check back tomorrow for the first clue that will tell you where I am today.
