This past weekend I held a couple of my regular card classes at home.  I have fallen in love with far too many of the fabulous new products in the Spring/Summer Seasonal Catalogue. One of these is the Secret Garden stamp set (set of 7 stamps) which also has co-ordinating dies (set of 6 dies) that make cutting out the flowers (and leaves) so easy.

Here is the shadow box card that we made using the Secret Garden stamp set. It is just one of the four class projects that we made.

Stampin’ Up! supplies used

Stamp sets : Secret Garden and Just Thinking
Card stock : Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla
Ink : Midnight Muse and Crumb Cake  also Midnight Muse Stampin’ Write Marker
Accessories : Windows Framelits and Flower Trim Ribbon

Did you know that if you buy the Secret Garden stamp and and the co-ordinating framelit dies together as part of a bundle you can save 15% on the total price? Such a great deal at £32.95 for the clear mount stamps and £36.95 for the wood mount stamps. Including the dies too, of course.

Here’s what I did later with another card like the one above, but I changed out the Flower Trim Ribbon and  made a couple of other “minor” changes.

I added dimension by stamping and die cutting some of the flowers and also adding some Basic Pearls. You can’t see from this photo, but the greeting in the centre is popped out on Dimensionals as is the centre of the Crumb Cake flower.
