I’m really enjoying taking part in the card challenges. The trick of course is to choose one that you already have supplies for. There would be nothing worse than starting on a project and then having to call it off and go find the other bits and pieces that you need.

The challenge that I’ve decided to take part in this time is the Pals Paper Arts PPA 152 – Spring Fresh Color Challenge.

Here is the card that I made for this challenge – apologies for the poor photography. The light was poor so you will see some shadows and I’m really going to have to stand head on properly but I was more concerned with the shadows.

Central label stamped in Pool Party and Primrose Petals.
Edges stamped in Primrose Petals too.
Here’s the front of the card and below is the inside where I have stamped the rest of the greeting.
Greeting stamped in Real Red.

Stampin’ Up! supplies used are:
Card stock : Real Red, Pool Party and Whisper White
Ink : Real Red, Pool Party and Primrose Petals
Stamp set : Amazing Family
Accessories : Pool Party Seam Binding Ribbon, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Labels Collection Framelits, Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder, 1/2″ Circle Punch
I hope you have enjoyed looking at my project and please feel free to leave a comment.

  1. This is stunning Fiona – I must get some more seam binding… I only have it in Crumb Cake and Cherry cobbler. It's so versatile I need more colours! Paula xxx
