Just a quick post to say Thank You to everyone who has supported me over the last year. Customers who I now consider to be friends and who have come to classes, and anyone who has visited this blog.
At the beginning of this year I was wondering whether it was worth continuing with the blog but all of the people I have spoken to about it have always had positive comments. Watch this space to see what I have in store for 2013.
Here are a couple of photos of the Thank You cards made at classes this past weekend.
These were the first two cards we made. The only real differences between the two is the different bling used in the centre of the flower and the placement of the greeting.
Stampin’ Up! products used:
Card stock : Whisper White and Primrose Petals also Whisper White Note Cards with envelopes
Ink : Baja Breeze and Primrose Petals
Stamp set : Lacy and Lovely
Accessories : Big Shot and Perfect Pennants die, 1″ and 1-3/4″ punches
Misc : Large Pearls and Basic Rhinestones
The other two cards proved to be an interesting choice as everyone had to make a mask using the Paper Doily. This was a little time consuming because everyone had to poke all the bits out. Everyone ended up with something different. This is because the masks were placed where ever people wanted them and also, the Pool Party spritzer that I made up gave a different effect on each card.
The basic card is the one on the right and I have added some Butterflies. The card on the left has some additional Island Indigo sponging on it.
