This last Friday I had held one of my monthly classes. You may have been wondering what it is that we get up to in class so I thought I should post some photos of the projects that we made.

This time around we made four projects based on using the Top Note Die and the Big Shot. We also used quite a bit of the lovely Twitterpated Designer Series Paper. I usually leave the most complicated project to last but this time we agreed to tackle it first.

This is the box we made. It is large enough to hold four tealights, but can of course hold chocolates or anything else you would like to put in it. We even made the divider to go inside.

Our second project was made from two Riding Hood Red Top Notes. The card can be used as a Gift Card Holder or a normal card. The Twitterpated DSP along with the Blushing Bride card stock trim form a pocket on the front.  The inside of the card has a stamped insert. We used Riding Hood Red ink and the Bordering on Romance stamp set to stamp both the front and inside of the card. You can just see a peek of the inside on the photo below.

This was our third project.  The stamped medallion on the front is made from the Top Note Die. There were a few surprised faces in the room when I said this. I love showing just how versatile Stampin’ Up! products are. The card stock was run through the Big Shot and then turned 90 degrees before running it through again. There is another variation which I have made since Friday and I will post a photo of that tomorrow as we did not do it at class.

This was our fourth and last project of the night. I just love the Twitterpated DSP on this card. It is a variation of a card that we made at an earlier class. Simple but very effective.

Of course, as well as making these projects there is a lot of chatting going on and I hope everyone has lots of fun making them.
Don’t forget to check out my Events & Classes page if you are interested in attending a class.
