I’ve mentioned in previous posts that I take part in a monthly swap with fellow demonstrators on the ILWS web-site.
The following is the swap I made for July, it was made using the Baby Prints stamp set (set of 7 stamps) that is in the Summer Mini Catalogue. I think I’m safe in posting this photo as the cards were sent the other day so hopefully they will now be winging their way to the other people taking part.
The base card is a piece of Pink Piroutte and it was also stamped using Pink Piroutte. The handprint was stamped in Pink Piroutte onto a piece of Whisper White and this in turn was matted onto a piece of Sahara Sand card stock. The little button comes from the Twitterpated Designer Button collection in the Summer Mini as does the White Baker’s Twine.
It seems that I am now at that age where a lot of my friends are becoming grandparents (gulp) for the first time so I think I am going to have to start to make a few more baby cards. I would like to think that I have a lot more years ahead before I become a grandma or nanna (haven’t decided which I would prefer) as my kids are still in their late teens and will hopefully be off to uni/college next year.
