Sorry I’ve not managed to post anything these last few days. I’ve not even managed to get any crafting done as I came down with a cold which for some reason knocked me for six.

The big news that I wanted to share with you (and I alluded to it in a previous post) is that Stampin’ Up! is going to be at the Make It show in Farnborough, Hampshire.  Make It is one of the biggest craft shows in the South of England and runs for three days from February 24 to February 26, inclusive.  I will be on the Stampin’ Up! stand all three days, along with some other local (and not so local) Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.

The stand will have lots of Stampin’ Up! goodies on display together with a free Make & Take, Prize Draw and demonstrations too.  You do not need to be an experienced stamper to complete the Make & Take – it is an opportunity for you to have fun and to learn more about stamping and Stampin’ Up!’s fabulous products, the added bonus is that you get to take away your finished project.

In addition to the Make & Take, you will be able to meet some of the Blue Angels and Stampin’ Stars team members, purchase an Idea Book & Catalogue at a special show price, order from the Main Catalogue and Spring Mini Catalogue (and possibly earn free gifts from the Sale-a-Bration leaflet), or sign up to become a demonstrator.

I know that you will be able to take away lots of ideas and inspiration from the stand. So, don’t forget to bring your camera with you so you can take a photo of your favourite project(s).

There are also classes that are being run by Stampin’ Up! Three on both Friday and Saturday and two on Sunday.

Admission tickets to the show can be booked in advance or bought on the day. There is no need to book your slot for the Free Make & Take, that will be on the stand – just turn up and have a go. But, I would suggest that if you want to do any of the ever popular Stampin’ Up! classes that you think about booking them in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.

So, if you are planning on visiting the Make It show later this month, please come over to the Stampin’ Up! stand and say hello to Julie, Natalie, Diane, Pip, Nic, Bev, Nicky and me. Hope to see you there.
