Many thanks to Anne-Marie . She posted the idea for this together with a link to her tutorial on the In Love With Stamping website. I told her that I would give it ago, so I hope you like it Anne-Marie.

Once all the necessary pieces have been cut out it is a very quick project to put together.
The box that holds the post-it-note is two scallop envelopes made from Tempting Turquoise card stock using the Scallop Envelope die. The box was covered in Tangerine Tango Patterns DSP and finished with a piece of Real Red 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon. Once the box was made and covered it was attached to a piece of Tempting Turquoise which had been folded to make a stand.
This is a really cute project and I can see me making quite a few of them for craft fairs. Talking of which, I had my first christmas craft fair of 2011 this past weekend. Because I am going to be busy over the next few weeks I am trying to make a few projects in advance, that way I can still post a few ideas during November and December.  Please check back tomorrow as it’s the beginning of the month and hopefully Stampin’ Up! will have a special offer for November and you never know I might have a new project or card.
