This weekend my brother-in-law and his fiance are getting married so I thought it would be a nice idea to make them a card to celebrate their marriage. I made a couple of cards (one of which was made using a set of stamps from the new catalogue so I will post a photo of that one later in the week as a taster of things to come) and the following is the one that we have decided to give them.

The card was made using the Fast & Fabulous Two-step Stampin set. This is a Hostess Set from the 2010-2011 catalogue so it will only be available until the end of this month. The image was stamped on Whispher White cardstock using Old Olive as the first step and then Rich Razzelberry and Pumpkin Pie as the second steps. The stamped image was then put through my embossing machine using the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder from the Mini Catalogue. The Rich Razzleberry base card was stamped using Rich Razzelberry and a stampin up stamp from a set that I bought many years ago and which is sadly no longer available. The stamped and embossed image was matted onto Pumpkin Pie cardstock and a piece of 1 cm wide Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon (no longer available in this colour after the end of this month) was used to finish off the card along with the Congratulations stamp from the Perfect Punches stamp set. The congratulations image was stamped in Old Olive and then punched out using the Modern Label Punch.

I just love the combination of Rich Razzelberry, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie. They make a very elegant combination and a great one to use this time of the year.
