Welcome to my Stampin Up blog.

This is the first time that I have posted anything and at the moment the blog is very much a work in progress, so apologies if there are some links that don’t work. Please check back and see how things are changing as I get to grip with things.

I have lots of ideas to share with you but in the meantime, the following is a card I made at my upline Cate’s crafting retreat last year.

The card has is made using the medallion from the Artistic Etchings stamp set along with the birthday greeting from the Perfect Punches stamp set.  The Whisper White cardstock was first spatterd with Daffodil Delight ink using the Color Spritzer Tool and then the Basic Black medallion was stamped over the top. The greeting was stamped using Daffodil Delight and then punched out using the Extra-Large oval punch and matted on a piece of Basic Black that had been punched using the Extra Large Scallop Oval punch. The leaves/branches were punched using the Two-Step Bird punch. The card was finished off with a piece of Basic Black Striped Gross Grain Ribbon, which had been rucked by pulling a couple of threads until it gave the desired effect (remember to hold/stick down one end so that the threads don’t pull completely through).  Daffodil Delight cardstock was then used to matt the stamped images, which really makes the whole thing standout against the Basic Black card base.

You can buy any of the supplies from me and I can have them delivered direct to you anywhere in the UK. Just send me an email.
