An exciting piece of news from OnStage is that in May the “Hugs from Shelli” kit will be available to purchase This is your opportunity to enjoy Paper Pumpkin.
For those of you who don’t know what Paper Pumpkin is, it’s a monthly kit available only in the USA and Canada. It is normally available by subscription only but I am delighted to say that a one off card kit designed with the help of Shelli will be available to purchase in May. No subscription will be required.

What’s in the Hugs from Shelli Kit?
The kit available to order on 15 May will cost £20, and contains –
- An exclusive stamp set not available elsewhere
- A Classic Ink Spot
- Card bases and envelopes for 12 cards (3 each of 4 different designs)
- Pre cut labels
- Die cut flowers and other embellishments
- Enough Stampin’ Dimensionals for all 12 cards.
All you will need to complete the kit is some glue and a clear block (Size D) for the stamps.
Paper Pumpkin is something that Stampin’ Up! have been asked to offer us for quite a few years. As a result, I anticipate that the kits will sell out fast.
Events Planned
I am planning two special “Hugs from Shelli events, so put these dates in your diary now.
- 5 June – Card & A Cuppa at The Grange Chocolate Cafe, Holme Grange Craft Village from 9.30 am to 11.45 am.
- I will split each kit into three so that everyone will get to make one of each of the four cards.
- The cost will be £10.00, which includes the cost of a hot drink.
- One person from each group of three will be the lucky winner of the stamp set and ink spot.
- If you would like to purchase the complete Hugs from Shelli kit for yourself when of course this is an option. Just let me know at the time you book.
- 15 June – “Hugs from Shelli” Paper Pumpkin Event in my craft room. From 10.00 am to 12.30 pm.
- Each attendee will receive their own kit that can be made on the day. And because everything you need is in the kit (except glue and block) those who don’t finish can do so at home.
- The cost of the event is £20 (the actual cost of the kit).
What to do if you can’t make either event
If you can’t make either of the days then you can –
- purchase the kit from my Online Store on 15 May (Item no. 152032 – £20 plus £4.95 P&P). Alternatively,
- place your order with me by 8.00 pm on 14 May and I will order on 15 May. If you are able to collect the kit from me then postage is free. If you need the kit to be sent to you then P&P is £4.95 and the kit will come direct to you from Stampin’ Up!
One of the Make N Takes that we had at OnStage was a card from the kit. Check out the picture of my completed card.
