The fourth Tuesday of the month means that Jeanne has a sketch challenge for us this week. When I saw the sketch my first thought was to add a flutterby butterfly – silly I know.
This is the sketch that Jeanne has for us.
The little circle in the sketch simply shouted out for the butterfly so here’s my take on the sketch.
The colour scheme was kept simple and I used only Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Whisper White. You can see the butterfly better in this next photo. I even added a butterfly to the inside of the card.
The Stitched Shapes Framelits were used to die cut the squares and the circle. I chose them because they add a little interest without detracting from the butterfly.
