Make N Takes are one of the highlights of OnStage events. In Orlando we had four to enjoy making, together with a Take N Make. The aim of the Take N Make being to complete it at home. Today I am sharing the first Orlando Make N Take.
Each Make N Take comes in it’s own package and the stamps, ink etc are usually in the plastic tote on the table.
For the first Orlando Make n Take we got to use the Geared Up Garage stamp set and the Garage Gears Thinlits. Please note that they will be available from 3 January, either individually or as a bundle.
The Make N Take was infact a box which we got to decorate.
Basic Instructions for the Make N Take
- We stamped the sentiment and then die cut it out.
- The cogs/gears were then die cut out of the Tranquil Tide paper.
- A strip of Crushed Curry cardstock was glued to the square of the Classic Garage 6″ x 6″ Paper.
- Then the die cut cog was glued to the paper.
- Black/Silver 1/4″ Striped Metallic Ribbon was wrapped around the paper before the whole thing was glue to the lid of the box.
- To finish off, the stamped and die cut sentiment were then attached to the box using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Here’s a picture of the board showing the whole suite. The little spanner and key embellishments are really cute.
