Do you ever wonder what type of ink you should use for your general stamping need?  Then look no further because the Stampin’ Classic Pads are the best and here’s why.

Reasons to choose Stampin' Classic Ink Pads

OK, so 50 fabulous colours to choose from can be overwhelming. But, they are broken down into colour families to make things easier for you. Over the next week I’ll be sharing projects and ideas using ink from just the one of the colour famiiies. Today it’s the turn of the Brights.

Classic Ink Pads in the Brights Collection

Just so you know, classic Ink pads are available individually or as a colour family bundle. You will save 10% when purchasing the bundle.

With 10 different colours in the Brights collection, there are so many different colour combinations that you can try. Here are some of my favourites. I’ve also used a couple of different stamping techniques just to add some interest.

Card 1

Stampin' Up! Classic Ink from the Brights collection

Two step stamping for the flower head. I’ve used Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green and Pumpkin Pie. With just a hint of Daffodil Delight in the centre of the flower.

Card 2

Masking technique. Use Washi Tape or Sticky Notes to create a straight line top and bottom. Stamp in the middle and when you peel the mask off you will have perfect lines. I used Highland Heather and Coastal Cabana for this project.

Card 3

Two step stamping as per the first card. I used Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green and Pumpkin Pie for this card. Recognise the flower-pot? It’s half of the punched shape on the second card over stamped with the line stamp from the fourth card below.

Lastly, Card 4

A simple card where I stamped the centre image first and then the other two. I’ve used Real Red, Poppy Parade and Pumpkin Pie. The coloured cardstock for the sentiment started off the same size as the sentiment! You simply cut it in half and glue it to the back of the sentiment so that it looks like it is longer.
