For the latest Card & A Cuppa I came up with a kit that looked like this.
Each of kit contained the following items –
- Tranquil Tide cardbase – 14.9 x 21.0 cm (A4 cut in half at 14.9 cm)
- Whisper White insert – 10.0 x 14.4 cm
- Pear Pizzazz mat – 10.0 x 14.4 cm
- Whisper White strip – 4.5 x 14.4 cm plus a scrap for stamping the dragonfly.
- Basic Black frame – 7.0 x 7.0 cm square. The square was then cut using the largest square of the Stitched Shape Framelits and then a smaller square framelit from the Layering Square Framelit Dies.
- Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper* – 4.0 x 14.4 cm
- An envelope to send the card in.
*Currently available in the “Gotta have it all bundle” but will be available in an individual pack from 1 June.
Everyone could choose how they wanted to put the bits & pieces together. But, I showed them the following ideas, just in case they couldn’t decide what to do.
I was brave (and strong enough) to take my Big Shot with me to the cafe. Because of this, all the dragonflies were die cut and did not need to be fussy cut.
What you can’t see too well from the photos is the Clear Wink of Stella that was brushed onto each of them. It does not show up too well in my craft room but each wing has a lovely sheen/sparkle.
The next Card & A Cuppa will be on 6 June and I will be at the Grange Chocolate Cafe from 10.00 am. There’s no need to book in advance, but I ask that those coming be there no later than 11.30 am if they want to make a card.

I’m really happy that both the stamp set and dies will be continuing into the 2018 Annual Catalogue. They are so pretty and there is so much that you can do with them.
