Before I head into the post for this week’s challenge, I’d like to congratulate Lynne from NI. Her name was drawn from the list of those who left a comment on my blog post for the CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #250. This was a prize draw that was part of our 5th Birthday Celebrations. If you would like to see the list of all the prize winners, you can check it out here.
Seeing as we are now in December, this month is a little different. There will only be two challenges and then we have a couple of weeks off.
This week is a Colour Challenge.
These are always fun. I’ve chosen to go with the colours from Challenge #245, which was the one from the third week of October 2017. I know it’s not so long ago that these were featured. I had planned to use a different one but when I came to loading it, I found that someone else had already used them. So it was back to the drawing board for the colours. I never seem to make things easy for myself, but never mind.
The cardbase is Night of Navy and I used another piece of Whisper White cardstock for the inside. Both the envelope and the card insert where stamped in Flirty Flamingo ink.
I’ve come to the conclusion that despite these colours being completely non traditional, that I do like the finished card. I hope you do too.
I hope you give the challenge a go and use your favourite colour challenge from this year for inspiration. Also, don’t forget to go and check out the CC&S blog to see what other members of the Design Team have been up to.

Beautiful use of the colours and great way to layer the panels to keep the design CAS and clean too. Hugs Bev x
