Oh boy how the month is flying by.
Jane’s third challenge of the month is a colour one. I love this combination – so sunny. Fingers crossed that Spring is finally on it’s way.
I love clean and simple cards but I wanted to share an idea of how to take the card one step further.
The second card is almost identical to the first with the exception that I stamped the background.
I’ve not used any new colours, I simply had all three star stamps on one block (to save time) and stamped off the colour (Peekaboo Peach) first before stamping the background.
In the third card I took it one more stage further, by cutting out some of the sentiment and raising the words on their own dimensionals. It does involve a bit of fussy cutting but I love how it gives a different look to the card. Because words were being fussy cut out, I was able to use ink pads instead of markers.
Don’t forget to keep your card Clean & Simple for the challenge.

I love the font of the birthday stamp and it is great to see how the card can be transformed from CAS to more complex!
Awesome trio of cards. I love how the green really pops and you have used the other two colours as accents. FABulously CAS too. Hugs Bev x
Fun card. I like the multi-color sentiment!
Fiona, all of the cards are great. I like how you shared the cards from CAS, to a bit more embelished so stamps of all ranges could take away an idea.
Well that green certainly pops on your card! Great technique using pens to get that multi colour sentiment panel.
