Wow, time is flying and this is my third week as June’s guest designer on the CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge Blog.
This week, Bev has another colour challenge for us.
I love this colour combination – they are most definitely my favourites from the Subtles collection.
I used Stampin’ Up’s new Jar of Love stamp set. The photopolymer stamps make it easy to stamp all the elements including the “water” in the jar.
I opted to use Pool Party card stock as the card base and layered the Calypso Coral and Whisper White on top. The water in the jar was stamped in Pool Party that I’d stamped off onto a piece of scrap paper. This gives a much more subtle effect.
I did use some Clear Wink of Stella on the flowers, but it doesn’t seem to photograph too well. This is a shame because the flowers are quite sparkly in the sunlight – not that we have seen too much of that recently.
Please feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think. Hopefully you will stop by again to see my latest creations.

Hi Fiona, I reached for this stamp set too, before changing my mind, now I'm thinking this is so beautiful I should have stuck with my first thoughts! Thank you for guesting on the DT at CC&S, sorry I missed commenting last week.

Wonderful card – love the way you used the colors.
Another stamp set jumping onto my wishlist – besotted by that jar, so cool. Love how it looks in this week's colours.
Simply beautiful, crisp and CAS. I would LOVE a jar of flowers like this on my table, so happy! Wonderful use of the colours. Hugs Bev x
