I’ve not taken part in a challenge for a couple of weeks so thought it was time to do so.
It’s another one from the CAS Colours & Sketches blog. This time a sketch.
This is the card that I came up with.
As I added this photo, I realised that my curves are going the other way. Oh well, hopefully it’s still acceptable.
All of the stamps come from the Number of Years stamp set.
I thought the card looked a little simple and masculine (nothing wrong with that), but decided that I should make it a little more feminine. This is what I came up with.
It’s amazing how the addition of two little flowers can completely change the look of a card.
I then took it one stage further by changing the numbers and adding a bit more bling.
The numbers were cut out of Silver Glimmer Paper using the Large Numbers Framelit Dies.
I love how you can take a simple idea and by making small changes and additions can completely change the look.
Please feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think.

I really like your interpretation of the sketch – it works beautifully. It's a really witty card, I love it. I love the blinded up version, too! Thanks for joining us again at CC&S. Caro x
