One of the things that Stampin’ Up! are really good at is co-ordination.
The Playful Palette Suite of products is a great example of this. There is something for everyone – a stamp set, 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (DSP), cardstock pack to co-ordinate with the DSP and Washi Tape. What’s more, all of these co-ordinate with the 2016-2018 In Colors.
Here’s one of the cards that I’ve made using some of the new products.
I stamped the easel in Dapper Denim and cut it out by hand before adhering it to the DSP using dimensionals.
The centre of the easel is a piece of Very Vanilla that I stamped using Sweet Sugarplum and Peekaboo Peach and then cut out using the new Layering Squares Framelits. The Layering Squares are ideal for cutting out elements from the stamp set.
The greeting was embossed using the new Copper Embossing Powder and then cut out using more the Layering Squares Framelits. The framelits have a mixture of both straight and scalloped edges and there are 19 of them in total.
You can just about see some of the Washi Tape that I used on the inside of the card.
Check back tomorrow to see the last of my sneak peeks. I’ll be featuring one of the hostess sets.
