Friday evening and Saturday morning meant it was time for the last classes of 2015. Details of classes for the first three months of 2016 are already up on the Classes & Events page so please check them out if you are interested in coming along.
This month we used the Envelope Punch Board and also the Gift Bag Punch Board to make gift packaging and table decorations and here are some of the projects that were made.
This cutlery holder was made using the Envelope Punch Board. It’s made by punching and scoring on the first three sides and then on the last side you simply punch. This year there will be seven of us for Christmas dinner, so I have a few more of these to make.
The box above was made using the Gift Bag Punch Board. These are so simple to make using the board and I’ll be making a few more of them as table favours.
Details of the Stampin’ Up! products used are as follows:
I’m not the only one in the family who has been making things for Christmas. This year my Mum has been knitting Elf Hats for Cats (don’t ask). They are very cute and my son, Michael took one back to Chicago with him for his girlfriend’s cat.
Here’s a picture of Sookie wearing her hat!
Apparently she is quite happy to wear it just so long as it’s not tied on. My sister’s kitten on the other hand is not so pleased.
I have a few Christmas cards to finish today and get in the post. Once those are sorted it will be time to play with my Spring/Summer pre-order so watch this space for some sneak peeks over the coming weeks.

Fiona, love the cutlery holder, would you mind sharing the dimensions and where to punch. The hat for cats look fun, not something I have seen before, but am sure it is welcomed by the Chicago cat. Cheers Sarah
