Yesterday (Saturday) I held my annual Christmas Party for customers and downlines.
The party is my way of thanking people for their support over the year. There were a few games with prizes, a Secret Santa card exchange and of course a Make ‘n’ Take.
The Make ‘n’ Take that I prepared was a fun project with a bit of a twist. I pre-cut all the Cardstock and Designer Series Paper, along with some gold glimmer paper and packaged it all up. I also provided a basket with co-ordinating ink pads, a punch, a stamp set plus a few extra items that I didn’t use (just to throw them off a little). The idea was that everyone made a card, the aim being to replicate the one that I had made and sealed in an envelope.
This is the project that I made.
The idea was that people received a point for each item that they got right. For example, a point for making a landscape card and a point for using the Spiderweb Doilies. Although no-one managed to replicate the card exactly there were a few people who came pretty close.
As well as the games played, there was food a plenty as everyone brought a dish to share and of course the Secret Santa Card Exchange.
This is the fabulous card that I received.
And, these are the other lovely cards that were exchanged.
