I realise that I’ve been AWOL this week and I’m sorry for this. It’s just been one of those weeks in the Whitten household where everything seemed to have stopped working or was playing up. Nothing really major (although hot water is pretty important) but just things that were a complete nuisance when it comes to getting them fixed.

Yesterday I had one of my all day events down in my craft studio. It was a case of Christmas tags galore because everyone received an Oh What Fun Tag Kit together with the co-ordinating Oh, What Fun stamp set.

My craft studio before everyone arrived

Busy, busy, busy

I have to say it was very quiet at times because everyone was beavering away making their 30 tags (3 each of 10 different sorts). Once the tags were finished everyone then made one of each type of tag into a co-ordinating card. This meant that everyone went home with 20 tags and 10 Christmas cards. A very satisfying result.

As a thank you for coming to the class there was a gift for everyone on the tables. My fabulous helper and downline Carol also received one.

The Baker’s Box was made out of Soft Sky cardstock and the snowflake and greeting was stamped in Soft Sky.  The stamps all come from the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set including all the little dots and stars. I used Dazzling Details on the greeting and large snowflakes (you can just about make out the sparkle) and left the little dots and stars alone.
The box did of course have some chocolates in it. After all, you can’t give an empty box.
I shouldn’t forget all the little additions I added to finish the box off, including the cute Winter Wonderland Embellishments.
