It’s Sunday evening and I’m sitting typing this with very inky fingers.
Thank you to everyone who came to the show in Bracknell and stopped by to say hello.
Here’s a quick photo of the stand taken before everyone arrived.
It was a long but fun day at the show, and we met lots of lovely people. I hope that those of you who dropped by enjoyed yourselves making our Make & Take project.
I am so glad that I took a photo of the Make & Take before the show – I am ashamed to say that it now looks a little worse for wear as it had an ink pad (or two) dropped on it. I have to add not by me.
At the end of the show, we had Paula from Stamp Hut (the stand opposite) pull a Prize Draw Form from the box, and I am pleased to announce that the winner was:
Fiona Huggett from Wokingham
I will be dropping all the goodies off to Fiona on Monday afternoon.
For those of you who did not make it to the show (and apologies to those who did), here’s the Make & Take that everyone was able to do.
We featured the lovely Best of Flowers stamp set (only released 1 June) and it was an instant hit with everyone who made the card.
Stampin’ Up! supplies used:
Stamp sets : Best of Flowers and Perfectly Penned
Card Stock : Midnight Muse, Pool Party and Whisper White
Ink : Midnight Muse and Pool Party
Accessories : Stamp-a-ma-jig, Midnight Muse Stitched Satin Ribbon and Basic Rhinestones.
For those of you who missed the announcement on 1 June, the Best of Flowers is the first stamp set in a series of five ” Best of…” sets that is being released here in the UK as part of Stampin’ Up!s 25th Anniversary. There will be a new stamp set released each month up to and including October 2013. These “Best of…” stamp sets will be available to purchase until 31 March 2014.
I love this stamp set (it is very me) and I can’t wait to see what else Stampin’ Up! have in store for us. Let me know if you would like to get your own fabulous stamp set.
