Yesterday I posted a project where I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch. Today I have taken the idea one stage further and also used the co-ordinating Scallop Trim Corner Punch.
Using both of these punches together is a great way of making your own square and rectangular shaped scalloped matts for your cards and other projects. Because the scallops are designed to match up it is really important to stick to combinations of certain measurements. Details of the measurements are below but first of all here are two cards that I have made – one using a square matt and the other a rectangular one.

Other than using the following list of measurements, the only other really important thing to remember is to make sure that your corners are 100% square.
To make a square matt – cut your card stock using two of the same measurements.
To make a rectangular matt – cut your card stock using any two of the measurements.
Measurements to be used:
1- 15/16″
2- 3/8″
2- 7/8″
3-1/4″
3-13/16″
4-1/4″
4-3/4″

Card Stock : Rose Red and Very Vanilla
Ink (Stampin’ Write Markers ) : Rose Red, Baja Breeze, Wild Wasabi and Elegant Eggplant
Accessories : Scallop Trim Border and Scallop Trim Corner punches, Stampin’ Trimmer, Blender Pen, Basic Pearls and Dimensionals
