OK, so I have to admit that when I saw this stamp set it was not put on my wish list. Having said that, we were given this set at Training last year (who doesn’t love a freebie) and I have since then seen lots of great cards made with this set.
I took some time out yesterday morning from the Make It preparation to visit a fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator who has recently moved into the area. One of the things that I love about Stampin’ Up! is the friendliness of all the demonstrators and the fact that we love to share ideas and inspiration.
This is a card that I made over at Elaine’s. I will be making a larger version for my son’s 18th Birthday (this coming weekend, gulp) but I thought I’d share this one with you in the first instance.

I can honestly say that the Clockworks stamp set has grown on me. The collage technique is great fun (you just have to remember to stamp using the darkest colour first and then go lighter) and it’s one of those ideas that you can use on both cards and scrapbooks. What’s even better, is that it’s a great set for those hard to figure out masculine cards.
