In my search for new things to try, I came across a technique on how to make a small bag from a envelope, more commonly known as a Bagalope. I think that this is an idea that has been around for awhile but I decided to give it a go and to share my efforts with you.
Both of these bagalopes have been decorated using the Artistic Etchings stamp set and also some retired designer series paper.
You can use whatever sized envelope that you have spare but both of these were made using large white C5 (162cm x 229cm) envelopes. The bagalope with the Eiffel Tower has a piece of basic black card stock that has been folded to make the topper, while the medallion bagalope simply has the top punched using a border punch and then folded over.
These would make great gift bags and I can think of lots of other stamp sets that can be used for other occasions.
